Refund Policy
Donors who believe a donation was made in error may contact MoreThanCharity at religiouscollective@gmail.com within 14 days of the donation date.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Our payment processor allows businesses to issue full or partial refunds through the Dashboard or API.
Refund requests may be denied if the donation was authorized, the fundraiser has already received the benefit of the payment, or the request is fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited by law.
If a fundraiser or organization is removed from the platform, suspended, or unable to complete required payment verification, MoreThanCharity may delay, cancel, or refund related payments as needed to comply with payment processor requirements and platform policies.
In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized fundraisers, or platform policy violations, MoreThanCharity reserves the right to freeze funds, delay payouts, cancel transactions where permitted, and issue refunds to donors through our payment processor.
Chargebacks and payment disputes may be investigated by MoreThanCharity and the payment processor.
