By using MoreThanCharity, you agree to these Terms of Service.

MoreThanCharity provides an online platform for users to create fundraising pages and for donors to support those fundraisers. MoreThanCharity is not the organizer, beneficiary, or legal representative of every fundraiser on the platform.

Users who create fundraiser pages represent that the information they provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. They agree to use donations only for the purposes described on the fundraiser page and in compliance with applicable law.

Users who wish to receive funds may be required to complete payment processor onboarding, identity verification, tax, or payout setup before funds can be paid out. Our payment processor may require businesses and connected accounts to provide business identification, bank account information, and information needed to assess supportability and risk.

MoreThanCharity may suspend, remove, edit, or refuse any fundraiser, account, or payment activity that appears misleading, unlawful, high-risk, prohibited, or inconsistent with platform rules or payment processor requirements. Our payment processor notes that supported business categories and prohibited or restricted activities are subject to review.

Donors are responsible for reviewing fundraiser pages before donating. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, donations may be final.

MoreThanCharity may charge platform fees, which will be disclosed before payment where applicable.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MoreThanCharity is not liable for the acts, omissions, statements, or use of funds by fundraisers or organizations using the platform.
